- We get to know each otherThe first visit starts with sniffing around and a treat. For anxious dogs we suggest a shorter, calmer first round.
- Coat consultationWe look at the coat and the skin, agree on the cut, and tell you if there is anything to watch at home.
- One dog at a timeNo cages and no waiting: while we work, only your dog is on the table. We call you before it is ready.

Good to know
- Go for a good walk beforehand, and give the last meal at least two hours before the grooming.
- Bring only the lead and a favourite treat: we provide the towels, shampoo and combs.
- If your dog has sensitive skin, allergies or fears, say so when you book, and we will be ready for it.
- On the first visit you can stay for the start: after ten minutes of getting to know us, most dogs are calmer without their owner.
- Parking on the street is free, and it is seven minutes on foot from Dózsa György út metro station.
